We do not accept walk-in visits without prior arrangement. If you'd like to visit the workshop, please email us at least one week in advance.

Our workshop in Giżycko operates year-round with the exception of major holidays. Production capacity varies seasonally based on drying conditions and kiln scheduling.
Common Questions
Do you ship outside Poland?
Currently we only ship within Poland. We've found that international shipping of fragile ceramic items creates more problems than it solves. We occasionally ship to neighboring countries on a case-by-case basis.
How long does custom work take?
Depends entirely on what you're requesting and our current production schedule. Simple modifications to existing designs: 3-4 weeks. Entirely new forms: 6-12 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline after reviewing your request.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, but only by appointment. We're a working production facility, not a retail space. Email us at least one week before your intended visit and we'll try to accommodate you.
Do you offer workshops or classes?
No. We focus on production rather than instruction. There are excellent pottery schools in the region if you're interested in learning the craft.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. We pack carefully but breakage still happens. We'll work with you to either replace the piece or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Can you replicate a specific piece I saw?
Maybe. Send us a photo and description. If it's something we made, we can likely create a similar version. If it's from another maker or outside our technical range, we'll tell you honestly.
